  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy (provided at booking).

4. Use of Rental Vehicles

By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to:

  • Use the vehicle responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

  • Not permit any unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle.

  • Not use the vehicle for racing, off-road driving, towing, or illegal activities.

  • Return the vehicle in the same condition as when it was delivered, except for normal wear and tear.

Damage, theft, or misuse of the vehicle may result in additional charges.

5. Insurance and Liability

  • You are responsible for carrying valid insurance coverage. Proof of insurance may be required before your rental begins.

  • If you decline our insurance options and rely on your own coverage, you assume full responsibility for any damages or losses.
