Required Insurance Coverage

To ensure every client enjoys a protected, worry-free experience, all renters are required to maintain full-coverage auto insurance that includes:

-Liability Coverage

Your policy must meet minimum limits of $100K / $300K / $100K. We never charge extra insurance fees — just premium service, start to finish.

Coverage Verification
For the protection of our clients and our fleet, an insurance ID card alone does not serve as full proof of coverage. Our concierge team may verify policy details directly with your provider before final approval to ensure all requirements are met.

Driver Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years old
  • Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Name on driver’s license must match the name on the insurance policy
  • No major violations (e.g., DUI, reckless driving) within the past 3 years
  • Valid credit card on file for the security deposit

Final Notes

  • Ferrgatti Exotics reserves the right to decline a rental if the provided insurance coverage is incomplete, inadequate, or unverifiable.
  • All insurance verification must be successfully completed prior to the vehicle’s release.
  • International renters are required to contact our team in advance to review and confirm any specialized coverage requirements.
